Oloyede Abdullahi Adetoyese M.A, MNIM

Executive Director

Oloyede Abdullahi Adetoyese graduated from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State Nigeria with in Sociology and Anthropology. He holds a Master’s of Arts (M.A) in International Legal Studies at Handong International Law School, Pohang, South Korea. 

Oloyede's areas of interest are Public International law, Human Rights law and Social justice, law and Development, sociology of social change, international criminal law and criminal justice.

In his Master's research Oloyede focused on the Role of International law in Religious Persecution in Nigeria. The research focuses on the role of United Nations Responsibility to Protect (R2P). The research tries to answer the question of whether the inability of the government of Nigeria to sanction by arresting and prosecuting those perpetrating religious violence in Nigeria as against the religious freedom laws of Nigeria amount to a breach of the international law on the part of the Nigerian government? And whether this breach of international law is subject to sanctions by UN regulating body on the international conventions and treaties on the Federal Republic of Nigeria? 

Presently Oloyede is sitting on the Organization for Youth Empowerment and Societal Restructuring Initiative Board of Trustee as the Secretary-General and also the Executive Director of the organization.

Ogunlade Oluwasegun A. B.Sc. MPH

Program Manager.

Oluwasegun graduated from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta with B.Sc. in Child Development and Family Studies. He obtained Master of Public Health in Child and Adolescent Health at University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

He's determined, goal oriented and very hard working as he always strives for excellence. As a Public Health professional and with experience working with NGO's, he demonstrates a strong professional skill in program evaluation, data collection and reports writing.

He's an author, a researcher, an entrepreneur who owns an incorporated enterprise in Nigeria, and has attended national and international conferences. Oluwasegun is passionate about youth development and empowerment. He is presently serving as the Program Manager for Organization for Youth Empowerment and Societal Restructuring Initiative (OYESRI).


Adebowale Gbemisola Blessing LL.B. (in view) 

Administrative Associate

Gbemisola is a young Nigerian, presently pursuing her Law degree at one of Nigeria’s premier University (University of Ibadan).  She is passionate about Human rights and world peace. She is an individual whose passion for a difference has put in the forefront in many organizations. She has served as the Vice-president of the Better Nigeria Initiative (BNI), an initiative that is concerned with Youth development towards a better Nigeria starting from the grass root.

She believes in a better world that can be achieved through the inclusion of every member of the society from the young to the aged, and even the inmates if given the atmosphere to thrive. Gbemisola’s is interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Human Rights, Law and Development and Criminal Justice.  She is presently serving as the Administrative Associate for Organization for Youth Empowerment and Societal Restructuring Initiative. 

Olawoyin Abiodun Olumide MBA., (in view) 

 Finance Officer

Olawoyin Abiodun Olumide is currently pursuing his MBA with LAUTECH, Ogbomosho., Nigeria. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, Nigeria.  Member, Chattered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration. Olumide is a dedicated, hardworking and self-motivated individual; he possesses excellent skills with knowledge and expertise in the field of financial accounting and able to provide guidance and constructive feedback. He has worked and contributed effectively as part of a team in different organizations. 

Olumide has demonstrated a positive attitude and acts as a positive role model. He has worked in the past and adopts a systematical approach to solving organization financial problems.

Olumide volunteered and served as Organization for Youth Empowerment and Societal Restructuring Initiative (OYESRI) financial lead since 2008 till date.
